Q. Where do I find receipts for my transactions?

Transaction history and receipts can be found through the following methods on Android and iPhone:

💡 Android
1) Go to Google Payments Centre
2) Log in with the Google account used for payment (upper right)
3) Select HEAVENHELLS payment from Order History on the left
4) Take a screenshot of the receipt and submit via support ticket

💡 iPhone
1) Open the Settings app
2) Tap your Apple ID (name) at the top
3) Select Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History
4) Select HEAVENHELLS payment from the list
5) Take a screenshot of the receipt and submit via support ticket
