If purchased items were not delivered immediately, please completely close and relaunch the game.
If you're playing on multiple devices including emulators, please try connecting from a mobile device.
For items with purchase limits, attempting additional purchases before you receive the item may result in duplicate charges. We recommend waiting until items are properly delivered before making additional purchases.
If you still have not received the items after trying these steps, please submit a support ticket through Customer Support.
💡 How to Report Missing Purchases
1) Tap the Menu (☰) in the upper right corner
2) Select Options (⚙️) at the bottom
3) Go to Account on the left and select Customer Support → Submit Inquiry
4) Select the payment category for your store, write your inquiry, and tap Submit
⚠️ Depending on the type of inquiry, screenshots or videos may be required.
Attaching these will help us resolve your issue faster.
