π Account Recovery Window
- You may recover your account by submitting a support ticket within 7 days of submitting an account deletion request.
- Once an account deletion has been completed and 7 days have passed, the account data cannot be retrieved under any circumstances.
π Game Data Deletion
- All game data will be permanently deleted from the server 14 days after a deletion request.
- After the full 14-day period when data is completely deleted, you can create a new character with the same account and start fresh.

- If your account was linked but your account information disappeared or was reset, please submit a support ticket to HEAVENHELLS Customer Support immediately. We'll verify and help restore your account as quickly as possible.
