Q. I can't re-register with the same account after deletion.

After deleting your HEAVENHELLS account, you can only re-register with the same account after the grace period ends.
However, you can cancel your deletion request through Customer Support during the grace period.

💡 Re-registration and Deletion Cancellation
- Re-registration: You may register again with the same account after the 14-day grace period.
- Deletion Cancellation: If you wish to continue playing with the same account, please submit a support ticket within 7 days of the deletion grace period.

⚠️ If you cancel deletion, you will log in with the same account data as before.
