Q. How do I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your HEAVENHELLS account, please follow these steps:

💡 How to Delete Your Account
1) Tap the Menu (☰) in the upper right corner
2) Select Options (⚙️) at the bottom
3) Go to Account on the left and tap Delete Account

📍 Important Notes
- All game data will be permanently deleted 7 days after account deletion and cannot be recovered.
- If you wish to recover your account, please submit a support ticket within 7 days.
- You cannot re-register with the same account for 14 days after deletion.
- Guest accounts cannot be recovered once deletion is requested.

⚠️ Account deletion will erase all records including purchase history, characters, and items.
