Your account may appear reset in the following cases:
π There are a few cases where you may believe their account has been reset:
- When the app has been reinstalled and you log in with an unlinked guest account
- When you log in with a different Google/Apple ID after changing devices
β οΈ Playing with a guest account will result in data reset upon update or reinstall.
π‘ What to do if you think your account has been reset:
- For guest accounts: Submit a support ticket with your proof of purchase for in-game products
- Log out and log back in with your previous account
β οΈ Guest accounts without purchase history cannot be recovered.
